Yup the A mold is always installed. That being said, it still may take 4-6 months depending on orders.

As others said, A-mold is always going.

I put a small add-on order in just before the end of December and was told about 8-9 weeks for my order.

I think my original order back in May was only about 8 weeks too. I was expecting it to be longer, knock out chips at a fast pace these days.

3 weeks down, 5 to go.

Correct. But it definitely has been installed and churning out chips this month - just got my HHR shipping notice! And no empty box for me - 36 pounds of clay inbound to Jersey.

I also have a paid order in for B-Diamonds, and I was given an estimate of 4-6 months from now depending upon order levels, etc. I, of course, defer to @David Spragg for the official word.
