Upcoming molds......... (22 Viewers)

Oh wow, So I'm guessing large orders would be in the thousands. from looking at the prices that's crazy. Definitely not a cheap hobby, lol
No not cheap. But also the only way get truly custom chips. I view them as family heirlooms, not to get too sappy about it. With home use, they literally will last more than a lifetime. I have 2 sets, both from about 16-17 years ago (cash and Tourney) and have a third that should be made any day now in the CSQ run. That 3rd set is a gift for my BIL. I'm as excited for that one - probably more - than I was for the first two.
Take your time, it will be well worth it.

I couldn't agree more that they would last for a lifetime , that's why I'm taking my time and making them the way I want.

Agreed. They are works of art.

Complete guess here, but I imagine CPC sees anything under 1000, small. 1000-2000, medium. And anything more, largish?

I also have 3 sets, 700(hotstamp diecar), 800(inlaid FDL), and then a tourney set that's about 1400(inlaid solids FDL).

Edited for molds.....

No shipping notice, chips just arrived at my door (same as add-on order earlier last year).
Very early toe in the water peek: CSQ, J5 graphics on the inlay, two-sided with different sunsets. Gift for BIL: he and my sister live in Riverside neighborhood in Ft. Myers, FL, so that is part of the inspiration for the chips.
More to come……..gotta get back to work (apparently they expect me to show up for meetings and such………..).
No prep, no cleaning, no oiling etc……

PS - apologies in advance for the unboxing pics. I know it’s unnecessary, I was just kind of excited.

-Paul

@jr8719 !

What can I say? Riverside is where all the cool chippers play!

Great set @Omar65! The 1k and 5k are really something special.
You know, (and this is the whole truth!) I didn't even know about the Jessie Beck Riverside chips when I started this project, which was late 2020/very early 2021. Then I have a recollection of another set that used Riverside as well......perhaps yours? But these are happy coincidences and no plagiarism was committed!

Absolutely! It's a great name for a casino / card room; my surname is Rivers so it was a natural fit for my upcoming set.

Congrats once again on yours. When are they hitting the felt?
