My CSQ's !

Is CPC ever going to get more stock chip set options? I think they could make a killing with all those different molds and color options.
What's the incentive? They are backlogged up to their eyeballs with custom orders. I suspect the margins on customs are higher than on stock sets.

Having stock chip sets means having inventory. Creating stock inventory would take away from creating customs which is their bread and butter. It was hard enough getting the stock chips they have already.

LinkyBabe is correct.

Plus.... "inventory" is expensive. I has to be accounted for at the end of every calendar year for tax purposes.

They DID recently add the Chesterfield stock chips in the last year or so btw. :D

Considering the popularity and exposure of the Aria chips from all the Poker Go series, I think CPC could do well with an Aria tribute type chip.

But yeah, that just means slowing down their backlog of custom orders so I can see why they wouldn't for now.

Good job! I really like the blue $1 chips. I never thought about doing a semi custom set. I've been having enough trouble thinking which china clay I want. Lol.
That's gotta be cool to have your own custom chips.

Your proof is usually provided as soon you pay in full and provide the necessary artwork. After that, they ship when they ship.

I submitted and paid in December, and still don't have any proofs (FDL).

I'm assuming they will sort those once the current molds come out and they are getting ready for the next run.

Don't worry, the whole process is an exercise in patience. Just accept that you're in good hands.

I said usually, not always. My last shipment I paid in December 2020; artwork submitted in early summer 2021; proof received in August 2021; pressed in late Nov 2021; chips received in Dec 2021. The wait after the shipping notice was the only excruciating part. Waiting almost a whole year up until then I barely noticed.

Don't worry. I paid even longer ago than that and haven't received a proof. I think the projected run is for march-april. They'll be worth the wait.
