I was waiting for this one baby boy. You sat on it all night.
What you did was try and take advantage of us, smart chip collectors. You thought you got one over getting chips for $20 and then trying to auction them off here for $200 starting bud. You are stupid for doing that buddy. Showed the smart ones what you’re all about.
What I did was pay a guy for a bunch of chips and then distributed them back into the community at a more than fair price.
The chips I had for sale on fb were priced fair for someone who isn’t on PCF and wanted a huge, secure cash set. The price was good and I added 200 1’s to the set.
And we are talking fb sale to fb sale. I didn’t try and sell these on PCF for $400 now did I? You are the one that got busted doing that pal.

I barley broke even on that set and now I’m stuck with 900 chips that don’t really work.
Plus what you and this Norman guy tried to do is 100% completely different from my sale. You guys bought with the only purpose of charging more. And YOU tried to do it with a group of chippers. That’s dumb and completely different than trying to pull the wool over on some savvy collectors. What gets sold to civilians is different than how we treat each other.
I did mine to bring a service to a local guy. Which is exactly what happened.
Got a local game runner great chips, for a really good price. No way he woulda looked in Naples, Florida for a set of cash chips. I did. Got them up here and managed to get them to a really cool dude.
Funny thing Wayne is the exact person I thought of when I bought those chips and he’s the one who hit me up to buy them!
He was looking for a table on a fb poker group and I wondered if he was looking for chips too.
He hit me up on fb and joined PCF on the very same day. I gave him the PCF discount cuz I was gonna list them that day and he seems like a really cool dude.

If I was trying to make a profit on here I would have sold any number of great chips I’ve acquired on marketplace and elsewhere for cheap.
All of these chips I paid dirt cheap for and I won’t sell a single one of them.

It’s true anyone can sell anything on Facebook, or here and charge whatever they want. I also have the right to call people out for overcharging items just to make a profit.
What I did with the chips from Florida is completely different than what these sleazbags did. That’s why timmahs auction died and also why norm lowered his price $300. Both those guys were wrong and they knew it.

What do you all think the possibility these are leaded is? I know leaded chips are relatively safe, but if I'm gonna be milling them... gotta 4 year old in the house.

I would say zero percent chance they're leaded. Older H-mold chips I have seen all have brass flakes similar to current CPC weighted chip colors.

I’d clean one side and stamp a denomination and leave the HH on the other. Then I’d order a few more colors and stamp them the same way to round it out.
I think homage to the originals is cool. Somebody thought enough of their game, or somebody thought enough of someone, to get a set made. HH stamped on the Hmold is as nice as any other design!

If you mill, do it in a very well ventilated area, and wear eye/ear protection and a respirator. You do not want to breathe in lots of aerosolized chip dust.
I think I'm going to wait until Norman dies and his kids don't know what these are worth and sell them for $25

This is the way!! I’ve seen so many sets get posted by kids and grandkids. They look at the other dice chip sets and think
“Oh these old chips grandpa had aren’t as nice as those dice chips. I’ll list them the same price as the dice chips.”
It seems like the age group that purchased these sets back in the day are starting to age out.
