Anyone have a Christmas breakfast tradition?

Growing up my mom would always serve Cream Tea (home-made pecan/cherry scones, raspberry jam, and fresh unsweetened whipping cream). We still get it as adults when we visit the coast with my parents over the holidays, and I always look forward to it.

For our family we are trying on some different traditions this year. I asked my wife to make Juevos Rancheros for breakfast this morning.

Forgot to take a picture, but today it was two eggs, scrambled with cheese, salsa on top, kippered herring and an everything bagel with cream cheese and extra everything seasoning on top. Pretty Damn Good!
