That poll was before my time here, but I went through all of them to learn about chips I never knew existed, which is always fun. Krish obtains a lot I have never seen before either, which is my favorite part about this thread (like these Mavericks
). I think there were several that should have won over the PCF's favorite spotted bird, especially the King International $5k (3rd place) and Lakeshores, but maybe it came down to semantics between "favorite" and "best". I wonder if the results would have been different if the criteria was the latter and people were more objective. Regardless, I am with you on the leaded chips with shaped inlays. Different strokes I guess.

This is my favorite chip. I love the 3TA316 edgespots in general and the colors are amazing on this bad boy. Someday I'll magically find about 500 of these to be a workhorse chip in a semi-custom set....
