I always wondered if there was a way to make them into a rack.
3D print them, or get @One Eyed Dollar to do it for you.

Yep, I’ve seen and like this method. I’m probably being a baby, but I find it really cumbersome when I receive the chips of digging each one out of the holders. The medallion tube is so much smoother.View attachment 550943
I've done this before and then taped the 'package' together. Padded and shipped.

To be completely honest I'd probably just cut them out.
something from my hardcore Numismatist days
@ovo gifted a cool mystery bubble prize for one of our meetups but fully masking taping the whole thing so it would remain unknown
Just an idea, but I've shipped many barrels this way...I’ve been troubled by how to ship individual barrels for a while now. The Warneke boxes work incredibly well for full racks, but for expensive barrels, the traditional method of rolling them up in bubble wrap and then padding an SFRB has seemed primitive.
And then I remembered something from my hardcore Numismatist days — the patented silver Medallion holder. In fact, the original sizes of chips had been based off the the treasury’s model for medallion coins, and so I dug through my storage closet and voila!

@RainmanTrail first got me interested in the Binion’s WSOP Paulson set, and I have spent the better half, maybe even three quarters of the last 3 months trying to track down as many of them as possible. It has been quite an adventure, with a fair bit of detective work, some social engineering, and a ton of dead ends. But I’m nearing the end of a quest to put together the largest known set ever, outside of the actual tournament.
Part of that quest was to find / create consistency in the quality and condition of the chips, which meant taking chips in various states of cleanliness and use, and cleaning / culling them. For this task, I solicited the help of a good friend, @JeepologyOffroad. I have probably PM’ed more with John than everyone else on PCF combined.
Not only did he help me clean and cull, but he also took some amazing photos of them. A big, comprehensive Pr0n post with all denoms coming soon, but here are a couple of teaser photos that John took that are absolutely breathtaking!

Glad it wasn’t just me!
Honored to help out. Especially for a set like this. It was an awesome experience seeing them all together in person. The full set will be a sight to behold.
Getting rid of/eliminating. I imagine he meant sorting out and keeping only the best condition chips.I’m a noob, what’s culling exactly?
All the T5s are fairly sharp and uniform. Was near impossible to really sort those much since they are so close. Are they all in that condition?
sure looks like a lot of sample sets. Also, it is damn near impossible to take photos of sets this size and actually do them justice. I’m not happy with any of the hundreds of photos I took
The only denoms I needed culled and cleaned were the T5, T25 and T100. The rest are with me.Where are all the 1ks?
