Windwalker’s Chipping Journey in Pr0n0grAph1C Detail (7 Viewers)

sorry; I think there’s a misunderstanding. I was just posting in my thread about what I was learning about chipping and some of my solutions. I have zero interest in coordinating a group buy, I really don’t have the time / inclination.

Once I get the prototype and see if it all works, I’m happy to pass on the manufacturer contact to someone who wants to deal with that.
Saving your energy for the Paulson NAGB I see ;)

All kidding aside, I get it. Group buys take a lot of time and patience to run.

But seriously, cut me in to whatever you're up to. I promise to be quiet about it. I'll bring cookies to the design and logistics meetings :)

Shoulda stopped when I was ahead and helpful! Was just kidding, pricing is hilarious compared to what people have been paying for these things.

Once you get samples in, I'm sure someone would actually run a GB, or someone will pick up 1k of them as a Vendor.

We interrupt this poker chip accessory not-a-group-buy to talk about Windwalker's chips.

So this is the chip that took me down the rabbit hole. This will be my last true look at them, because I’ve found that my chip tastes have evolved, and I’ll be letting every single one of these go in an upcoming sale. I got most of them off-forum for an incredible deal, so I’ll be passing some of that on to those who want it.

I'm curious to know in what way your tastes have evolved, i.e. what is it about these that you no longer find so attractive?

I find them attractive; but the idea was always to narrow down to a few keeper sets. This one is a fantastic chip, but I prefer some of the others I’ve gotten!

I can't wait to see what the keeper sets end up being. Some stunning sets to choose from.
AND....I am super excited at the prospect at some of the discards hitting the market! :)

Here is my collection of 3893 Paulson Classics, all of which will go on the classifieds forum soon.

You always remember your first one. :)

I'd definitely be content with a set of these. They're a nice simple chip. Maybe I'll be able to snag 500 when you post them up. Thanks for the pictures :)

:bag:Do the new birdcages have bench dogs? I bet that would take them over the top. :whistling:

Please pardon my ignorance but which set is commonly known as "Boats"?

Is it Empress Star or Aurora Star...or something else? Is it a cash or tourney set? Thanks.

I am, as promised, on a moratorium of purchasing full / rare sets from the classifieds so that others don’t feel like I’m bulldozing! GLWS!
Bulldoze away!! It makes it easier to track down chips if they're all in the same location...LOL!!

Seriously though...VERY NICE chip collection!!

A final look at my ESST set before I send them off. They're lovely, but ultimately, not a keeper set for me.
