It's funny you say this actually. I had 2 racks of very used Outpost 5s that weighed over 10g easy. Then later, I got two mint racks and they were 9.5g or under. They almost felt non-leaded.

Not all 39mm leaded Paulsons weigh more than 10g. Depending on the colour, some can weigh significantly less.

Yes, it's colour specific.

A while ago I obtained a bunch of THC inlaid and hot stamped roulettes. Used for sure, but most were in still in excellent condition. There was a wide variety of weights within the bunch. I remember thinking that there must have been a mixture of leaded and unleaded in there, but I'm sure they were all leaded (my best guess from the seller's information is that the latest they could have been made would have been the late 80's).
