Some Paulson fantasy lines had both round and shaped inlays for at least some of their denominations.
CDI98 has round inlays for all denoms, but also shaped inlays for $5, $25, $100, and $500s.
I believe some Scandias had shaped inlays as well - and some even on a different mold pattern (THC and Web)
I have a couple chips with the same color scheme. You could hide a random dog in your set and see if anyone notices.And the Pyramid Casino fantasy chips had shaped inlays, but not rounds. There really wasn't a 'standard' configuration for home sets.
If you really wanted to tilt people you could throw in one RHC...
