Hope you had a great time! Perhaps use a spoiler tag with a brief update on how it went?

Just had a thought, maybe the live stream will be televised during SQM….

I won’t lie, the session started off a bit rocky, with me punting about $60k of my stack to Garrett.

I had a couple of heavy coolers immediately after that, and I found myself in for $250k, but down to around $32k.

I then hovered between $30k and $55k for about 4 hours, completely and utterly card dead.

And then, in about a 15 minute span, I tripled up against Dwan and Garrett, doubled up against Doyle, and won meaty pots against Tilly and Patrick.

I ended the stream at approx $320k, with a ridiculous comeback to profit about $70k for the session.

Congrats @Windwalker! The world is so much smaller than you ever expect. You know the whole “everyone in the world is separated by only 6 degrees of separation” theory? It’s wild to me that, a year ago, I was just being introduced to poker and learning the names of people like Brunson and Ivey and now there is only one degree of separation (Krish) between the greats of poker and myself. Life is crazy.

Next year will mark 20 years of playing Texas Hold Em for me been watching all of the greats for that long and to see one of our own get to play with them is down right amazing that is so awesome I don't even know what else to say but Congrats on the Win WW & can't wait to watch it on PokerGo

MAN Doyle that is so awesome glad he is still with us he was drafted to the Lakers in the 50s unreal just unreal The Poker World is still so lucky to have him around at what I think he is like 87 or 88

I was watching a Hustler Live stream yesterday of a $5/$5+$50 BBA game. Can someone explain to me the benefit of this structure? I am at a loss.

Does this really play any different than 25/50 other than getting the SB into the action a little more frequently?
Human in general don't like changes, so anything that is out of the norm that not out from textbook or the first time playing is going to felt way different from playing 25/50

Not everyone will play the same ; Just like how OG NLH dont play AKs AKo because they didnt know how to play them like AA KK QQ JJ

1 thing I notice for 10bb ante is straddle is going to be way more worth now since there much more dead money in the pool and you only need to pay additional 1 bb or 2 bb for double straddle compare to 10 more bb in dead money

I will be finding myself straddle a lot more at 5/5 + 50bbante format compare to 25/50
