Whoa! Just discovered my soon to be empty Pappy bottle and red velvet bag is worth about $200 lol. I probably would have tossed it. It's from 2011, which is apparently the last year that Stitzel Weller produced these.

If they were $.25 per chip they were likely the china clay commems. These are made by BCC.
