Nice, that looks good. It has a little bit of heat from the peppers? I had a stout from Prairie that I got as a birthday gift that had peppers in it and it was good as hell, I can't remember the name and I've never been able to find it. I want to try that one though.
Not really a heat but a hard to describe twist. Very smooth not boozy at all. Chocolate / coffee and I think the pepper gives it a ‘bright’ flavor.

Hmmm -- made back ribs last night, along with Rochester (MN) Red and Killian's Red. The Rochester was a hair lighter in color, a little less body, and a little more hops. Very nice with the ribs, and the two blended to near perfection.

My buddy owns Prairie. Where are you located? I'll find out where you can get more... The Bomb! is a great beer and they have several other stouts that use the same base beer but add other adjuncts.
