Right now I'm drinking a custom craft beer that a friend makes. He brought me some for a Christmas gift and I'm just now getting to try it. It really something amazing. I've read lots of reviews of differing alcohols that say "hits of XXXX and notes of YYYY", blah blah blah. But there are really a complex mixtures of flavors in this. It's probably the best beer I've had.

I absolutely love the Heller Bock style. Regionally Troeggs put out one of the best I've ever had (Cultivator) but they don't distribute it anymore.

Had this last night at a local ramen joint. I was completely surprised by how excellent it is. Very clean but with a nice hint of bready toasty malt. Slightly juicy too. Moreish As they say.
