Last night, at Tyris brewpub, the best in Valencia. Not only excellent ales, but a great pulled pork sandwich with bbq sauce. We needed a break from Spanish food and wine...(ok, we did have cheese in olive oil, too). That's the red ipa in the picture...

Back at home, just had to make chili last night -- and these two did splendidly. The Ft. Collins is awfully close to Green Flash's Hop Head Red, IMO. Especially if your wife is a redhead who went to CSU in Ft. Collins. :
