Your favourite movie (3 Viewers)

There are many favorites, but if I’m about to offski, I guess I’d watch Lost in Translation.

The Truman Show
I was surprised to read this one, but since I hadn’t seen it in a very long time, I gave it a rewatch last night.
It’s got heart for sure, but it doesn’t do a whole lot for me.

As for me, I’d never try to pick a favorite movie and I don’t think I’d even try to pick a favorite five. But one movie that comes to mind, that I think I could watch every day, is Goodfellas. Tombstone is another.

Good movie, but I don't want a movie that makes me think right before the end of the world, and I never could watch that as just an action flick.

Goodfellas and Tombstone are both on my shortlist of all-time favourites, for sure.

Just pick ONE movie.

Everyone on here…

Groundhog Day - Maybe I wouldn't die.

Does length really matter? You could watch the movie in the morning and still live until midnight...possibly. Either way, I'm gonna drink and smoke cigars all day.

Many movies already been mentioned that I might choose, but I might possibly go with Once Upon a Time in America, Casino or go out with a laugh - Slapshot, Animal House or This is Spinal Tap.

Thread might be better as you have one movie to watch on a deserted island (with a solar powered DVD player and TV). I think Deep Throat wins.

The Big Lebowski
Oooh, yes! And that brings to mind "Being John Malkovich". I'm always trying to get off elevators at the 7-1/2th floor.

Hard movie to beat if you're from Jersey... :cool

Unless it's "Dogma". Hard to beat a movie with Alanis Morrisette as God...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PULP FICTION!!!

30 years ago today Pulp Fiction was released. I was at a theater in San Francisco named the Red Vic. It served alcohol which we took advantage of.

I didn't want to like the movie when we made the trek up the Peninsula to see it but I was pleasantly surprised. Is it my favorite movie of all time? No. Was it one of the best movie experiences of all time? Yes! The place had couches to sit on while we drank beers & watched the movie!

I couldn't say any single movie is my favorite, way too many in my top tier.

That said,

Man on Fire
Kingdom of Heaven
Seven Pounds

Any of those would get me in the mood to go out in peace
