I gave up on my order long ago and moved on. He contacted me yesterday to verify my address and was going to ship. I basically told him that I appreciate him reaching out but after over a year, not to bother. He issued me a refund without me even asking. At least he made it right.

Sounds like a wash then. Interest paid for the parts delivered for the delay.
I have always given discount for any delays more than a few weeks and never asked for payment until parts are made or will be shipped within days.
Years is ridiculous.

Well, he gave me the refund after I told him no need to ship. We will see if the items still get mailed. Otherwise it was an interest free loan.

He'll probably have no recollection of it due to Trauma Response. They'll be a 1 year gap in his memories going forward
