It takes me about 25-30 minutes per rack. I did 200 while watching the first half of TNF last night.I’m just now considering the costs of labeling all 1200 of these things.
Make that 1300.
Oy.
Was thinking of changing the $1 with making the inside black and the outline the edge spot green.
Now I’m thinking no changes and keep it as is for remaining 400+
Thank you very much. The $1 and the 25c are going to be the most used chips going forward so I am really glad they came out looking so good. I am very pleased with the result. Now to buy more labels!!!Really digging that denom color spot matching on that .25c & the $1. (y)
I really like the green Thunderbird.I'm going to try something like this. Obviously with more professionalism, from a professional, of course.

A few that I have mocked up (in MS Paint - woo!) really stand out as excellent. That is probably the best.I really like the green Thunderbird.

We’ve been using it as our nickel since 04.You just inspired me to go for white nickels. That just works.

I’ll have 300 grey to sell now.
Based on your experience, how many labels could one fit in a SFRB?
No chips, just the labels. Another way to frame this would be how many labels fit on a sheet of paper.chips?
around 200...
None of mine came in standard 8.5x11 sheets, but I’d guess about 40. I can measure later, but I’d estimate 10”x10” for my sheets of 7 rows by 7 columns of stickers. No chips, just the labels. Another way to frame this would be how many labels fit on a sheet of paper.

It's funny, I was just thinking that I should buy another rack of blues, another 60 browns to complete the rack, and 40 more blacks to complete a rack of high denoms. Stupid. What’s left?
