Alibaba High Quality Casino Chairs (with discount!) (23 Viewers)

Ordered 10/24/2023. Received half of the shipment on 12/18 and half on 12/19/2023. Had been quoted 40 days from 10/24, so didn't make the deadline he gave but still arrived before the poker table I ordered so they're currently sitting around a Barrington that will serve as an extra table for larger games. I had one box that I worried about damaged items, but everything in all boxes came in undamaged. I now also have a ton of extra washers to go in an extra parts jar. Overall, I feel like the retail cost of chairs of a similar type would have cost at least $300 each had I not ordered them this way. I'll post a picture once my table gets delivered as well.

Thanks for the assist, @Venturalvn

Quoted 50 days from door-to-door. Arrived in 49 days!

I'm going to have to get better pictures but my chairs came in a few weeks ago. Unfortunately there was damage to the tops of my chairs and I'm actively negotiating with the seller on some kind of remedy. That part isn't going so great.

All of my boxes were busted open in some form or fashion and the tops of the chairs have scuffs and gouges in the piping and leather and several of the seats have damage as well. It seems like some of the damage was caused by the loose cylinder and metal parts in the boxes. Either way they're decent chairs and as long as I can come to some kind of resolution to cover the repairs to the chairs I have no complaints.

That blue is a stunner! Was afraid of going with a color, kinda wish I did. Saw rhe damage, and while not ideal, the chairs are still looking great. Hope you can get to a happy place with the resolution.

My chairs are running a little late. I got 4 out of 10 of them today. Mine are supposed to be the stackable bases but there were only 5 boxes. Looks like 4 sets of bottom and back pads and one box with 2 casters (I ordered 2 with the swivel base).

Ping Gavin on Alibaba but no answer yet.

Maybe the rest will show up later today or tomorrow.

Hey - the packaging was good though! Boxes were well sealed with a lot of tape and no holes.

** Update **
Fedex had the 12 boxes (10 chairs) broken up on different trucks for some reason. They tell me the last box should arrive still today.

Yeap, boxes were well packaged, fortified in tape. Even the UPS driver said the shipper knew what they were doing.
It is good to hear that they have improved their packing process, considering that a few earlier shipments were not sealed up as well as they could have been and some chairs were delivered with minor damage.

Mine was UPS and was split into multiple deliveries. I think mine was 2 consecutive days to deliver? Even though the UPS label updates were not up to date.

Mine came in with zero damage or lost parts….but if you saw the boxes you would have felt there was a 98% chance something was messed up. Like I said before it seemed like divine intervention! :ROFLMAO:

Mine were missing a few parts too. And 1 little plastic handle for height adjustment was broken.

The biggest deal for me was the chairs with the fixed leg and carpet slide feet were too short for me.

Check out one chair with wheels and one without.

I asked Gavin if he had taller feet. Unfortunately no, but he’s going to send me my missing parts and 32 wheels for my 8 chairs via fedex.
Should get them by Friday he said. That’s super fast. Maybe he means next Friday?

Anyway, I continue to be impressed with Gavin’s customer service. I don’t know if he just doesn’t sleep or what.

Now Tony needs to finish up the table and I need some lighting.

Right now the room looks more like the ending scene in Raiders of the lost ark.

Doesn’t the wheel chair sink down a bit when you sit on it, though? So they would be pretty much equal?

Does the fixed leg chair stack? My guess is no, but curious.

Yes on Stacking! So they say. I'll put a couple more together. The pic Gavin sent me was 4 chairs stacked up. I think that'll help with vacuuming and stuff.

As far as sinking in the carpet - the wheeled chair sits about 2" taller than the flat foot. Thats cause the little flat foot is only about 1" tall after it's installed in the chair. It does sink in some with weight, but it's about the same as the other leg/foot. For me, I like a little extra height and prefer to sit a little taller. I'm liking the swivel wheeled ones (like most of you have). I have 2 of those and 8 fixed ones.

Also - something I hadn't considered. These chairs are Heavy! The wheels sure make it easier to move them around on the carpet. It's hefty to lift these up on the carpet. The 'glide' feet don't really glide at all.

I'm still going to order some taller fixed casters that are made to replace wheels (2.5 to 3" tall). I have a father in law who has a hard time getting around and he really needs to be able to lean on a chair wiithout it moving. So I need at least one chair that doeesn't move easily.

That's crazy. Fixed leg chair looks sooo short. Tell them they need to make one in American size too! LOL.

Yes- they came with some little flat casters. But I’m trading those for wheels.

These casters are the kind that snap into a hole (either 11mm or 10mm) as opposed to threads.

You can see by this pic that the caster only raises the chair up by a little less than 1”. The wheeled version adds around 2.5 or so.

It’s a feelable difference.

Just for others reading this - remember some people find these chairs a little tall. They might like to have a short person chair or two. I’m going to have about 28 spare flat casters if anybody wants to try some to lower a chair by replacing wheels.

Here’s 3 tall (no wheels or feet on the top 2.

I gotta say, I'm rethinking whether or not I want these.
  • You have to remove the feet in order to stack them?
  • They are quite heavy? How heavy? How high can I stack them?
  • Legs are shorter than standard sized stacking chairs. How much shorter? Got any pics of a normal sized guy sitting at a poker table on one of these?
  • The "sliding feet" don't slide very well on carpet.
  • Decent sets of "church chairs" can be easily found on FB marketplace for $30 a chair or less. They're lighter, and they can stack 6-8 chairs high.

I don't think you'll have to remove the feet. I just didn't bother putting the feet on there since I'm gong with wheels now.

Next friday the wheels come in and we can re-try the stacking test.

Gavin sent me this pic of chairs with wheels stacked a long time ago when I ordered:

So it looks like it should work.

They are super heavy duty chairs. I think you'll like them.

I reached out to Gavin last night after watching this thread and told him the majority of people who want stacking chairs and flat feet will need it to slide on carpet and other surfaces, as sticky feet make it hard to move into and away from the table.

He said he is going to change the default to a much more glide-friendly option! If you are someone who needs this configuration, make sure to ask!

So you're saying that these would be booster chairs for @Anthony Martino?

For those of you thinking about doing a logo on your chairs, I am very pleased with how mine turned out. It was about $10 extra per chair to add the logo. They are machine sewn in and the quality seems to be very good. I’ll see how they hold up over time, but for now I’m very glad to have added those to my chairs.

My boxes arrived thoroughly taped as some recent people have commented so they seem to have improved that a bit. I did have one chair base that was scratched and I’m currently working with Gavin on that.

My biggest gripe is that the wheels on a hard floor are a bit loud. It is a metal “rattle” sound from the metal pin where it goes into the metal base. I’ve got them installed correctly. If you are moving around an empty chair it is a bit on the noisy side. If you are sitting in them it isn’t nearly as bad. Gavin said he is talking to his supplier about options there.

Here are some pictures of how the logo turned out including some zoomed in ones so you can see the detail.

That’s an amazing deal. Looks great!

$10 is nothing! That's absolutely awesome!

Was there a limit to the embroidery design? I'm assuming he quoted you per chair based specifically on your design, single color, etc?

I believe that’s the case. He asked me for my logo which I sent to him before the quote. He asked if I wanted full color and in my case I only wanted single color to match my table design. I’d expect full color may cost more, but likely still worth it if you want a logo.

I also asked for, and received, a pre-production picture proof where they put my logo on some scratch material for approval prior to making the full order. Since I was a guinea pig I wanted to be sure the quality was there, and it was. I’m very pleased with how they turned out.

Before I ordered I asked for some images of some other chairs with logos they had done and he sent these below images to me. Sharing them here so others can see other styles.

Just a short follow up guys. I ordered some other feet for 4 of my chairs that are sitting on a wood floor.

Bell Glides Replacement Office Chair or Stool Swivel Caster Wheels to Fixed Stationary Castors, for Carpet High Profile Bell Glides with Separate Self Adhesive Felt Pads, Chair Feet Wheel Stopper

The 11mm post part fits. This raises the chairs up to almost wheel height. I didn't put the the little felt feet on them.

There are 5 in a pack. They work if you're not using the wheels.

No sign of the wheels from Gavin yet for the remainder of chairs. I'll touch base with him later today to see where they are.

I received the wheels and they help a lot. The chairs are still about an inch short of the height of the swivel chairs.

The chairs will still stack with these wheels.

I'm considering ordering gel cushions to add to the top of these chairs. I have a demo one coming in from Amazon today that I'll report on.

Extra thicken gel Seat Cushion for Long Sitting, Back, Sciatica, Tailbone Pain Relief Cushion, Use for The Car, Office, Wheelchair.(16.5×14.5×1.8inch)

$30 on amazon and I think they are 4 or $5 on alibaba for what appears to be the same thing.

Hoping this will give a little lift and be soft for people who need it at my house. I'm a tad concerned about the dimensions of 16.5x14.5. Might be a little smaller than ideal. And if it's not soft, I'd pass on this one. Maybe memory foam or something.

Feel free to make a suggestion if you have cushion ideas.

well - the pad arrived already. It's too narrow for my big butt.

It's reasonably soft but I think I prefer more of a memory foam feel.

It's headed for Amazon returns...

The search continues...
