Angel Card Review. Best card on the Market? (1 Viewer)

Did everyone completely not notice this card they came with? It’s amazing! :ROFLMAO:

Nice pickup OP. I just wanted to clarify a common misunderstanding between their PVC and acetate stock.

Their PVC line is commonly understood as "Club Poker" and can be found in standard and jumbo index. Their acetate line is known as "Angel Poker" and can only be found in standard index in stores online.

This is because Crown Casino Australia own the jumbo acetate "Angel Poker" line as of right now, and you won't be able to purchase this line even if you are a casino.

Here are the acetate jumbos in action...

I found my old emails and tried sending them emails recently to see what can be done. No reply.
Tried a few avenues and got nothing.

Am looking forward to your feedback on their durability.

I just got a couple of setups 2 weeks ago (posted my review in this same forum).

I did notice that the texture was different from the Club Poker (which I think is what people mean when they refer to as the Angel acetates, even though none of the packaging or the website mention it).

Since I had relatives bring it home from me in Japan I got it without having to pay for shipping. I just wish I could get jumbos.

We played for a few hours with them last night before moving to my other new deck of Broken Arrows. Everyone loved the feel. Only complain came from a player having a hard time seeing the small index. That’s not the cards obviously

I have to inspect them closely as a player brought a friend who was one of those people that sharply bend the corner of their hole cards back to see them. That drives me nuts as it’s completely unnecessary

I was going to make this exact post but you beat me to it.

Without a doubt, Angels are the best-feeling acetate cards in existence...IMHO. Nothing else comes close, you can throw 'em all in the trash. (Don't though)

They smell nice too!

My NOS KEMs have been broken in and aired out to the point where they come close to the Angels with a more papery, elastic feel like @Old State mentions, but it's not the same. Maybe it's because I held the Angels first and heard their beautiful song? Dunno.
