Hang tight and let things play out. I can tell you from (recent) experience that things may not end well when you go spouting off on the forums half-cocked.
PS: Justin is a busy guy with kids who doesn't spend every waking moment on the forum. He will respond to your messages when he can. Relax.

#2 Contact seller and give him a chance to resolve this.
#3 most bad situations that occur here are resolved.
#4 many good people here so give them a chance I have seen much worse and done chippers have also experienced this with historic and irreplaceable chips.

Didn't think the label was visible
Whoa!! I have been in the hospital for the last 4 days because my wife and I just had a a baby. I secured those chips well and packed them in bubble wrap! I actually double taped and cross taped the seems. I had the post office mark the package as fragile. You didn't request insurance on the package so I did not purchase any. I have not received any messages and just double checked my messages and haven't received anything from you before tonight. Have you done an inventory of the chips? I will PM you to take care of this. For the rest of the community trying to help, thank you. Here is a picture of our PM list you can see 5:34 tonight was the first message I received since Thursday at 10:38pm.

Are you missing any chips?
I wanted to see them too, but i assume it was too much personal info in them.
Marked out the names on the original box. As you can see, this was a brand new box at the time of shipment. Additionally, you can see it was marked fragile and it was cross taped perpendicular to the seems. Also, the breakage was in the corners of the box. It had nothing to do with the tape job.

Sorry, but I strongly disagree. Box corners don't break if taped properly, and package contents don't spill out if packed properly. Your shipping skills need improvement.
I'm confused. No one has even opened and inventoried the chips to see if any are missing? I read this whole thread and we don't even know if there's a beef other than the box is beat to shit?

Seriously though, I can certainly understand any frustration considering the value of the contents (value is irrelevant though). $1800 is a lot of money for anybody to spend, exacerbated by the fact that the buyer is new to PCF and hasn't established relationships. However, @Chbyfngr is a good guy and will certainly make things right.
As a general shipping rule, my opinion is that 1300 chips is too many chips for one LFRB. Many people swear against using LFRBs (I use them for the extra space for padding, but max out at 1000), and not everyone packs well enough to pull it off. In this situation, 400 of the chips were oversized, and even heavier. Even if @Chbyfngr was an expert at packing and shipping, this is so easy for someone handling the package to fuck up.
If you saw the pictures this is not a typical corner split of the box. It looks like it was dragged down the street and drop on the corner. Agree with @MegaTon44.
I saw the pictures. And if you're not willing to admit that you had some part in this, well then that says volumes about you in my book. You can take any box I pack and drag it down the street and have a fucking gorilla stomp on it, and the contents won't be coming out. Ever. Ask around, if you don't believe me. Your packing job was totally inadequate for what was shipped.
