I think this would be a fun thing to do is have people pick their tournament stack and then whoever gets the VDay chip gets an extra 100 dollar chip or something.

Get an electric scrubber. Also rechargeable batteries. I won't scrub by hand again. Cuts the time clean in half, or better. Then I use the magic eraser on stubborn stains. They brighten right up.

I'm still under the false hope that I won't spend all my disposable income on poker chips and therefore couldn't possibly need an sonic cleaner. I bought your Rubbermaid scrubber and married it to Dawn.

The whites are dirty and the fleabites look like more dirt. I still owe a magic eraser to some of these.

The bottom is my weak effort at cleaning and oiling.

The red hide the stains much better. The rack on the right is straight from the mail. The left is clean but not yet oiled.

Finally cleaned and oiled red. Beautiful

There was a big thread right after last year's sale. Chips themselves are in pretty good shape and not horribly dirty, but roughly half the $1s and $5s have damaged labels. I bought a bunch of them with the original plan of relabeling the snappers as quarters and the $500s as $20s, keeping them as Tropicanas. But honestly, with so many requiring relabeling, going with a whole new theme might well be a better idea.

I'll look for that thread later when I have a bit more time, if you can't find it.

I am forbidden by the gaming commission to sell them until 12/21 due to redemption issues, but 1 little image can't hurt.

Likely the whole lot was sold. This was not a large lot. These chips are resold from private or auction purchases by Jim, usually demand is high enough that they sell out fast.

For the Tachi's we can kind of pull that there were only 200 1k chips from the lot from the Auction Jim had which was 40 racked chips. That leaves 160 left. 40 in each set. Only 4 T25 Sets were sold but since all the other denominations were sold outside of sets that's where the math ends.
