Vendor Sale Black Friday Sale 2024 (163 Viewers)

Is there an adopt-a-noob program for first timers? Someone who can answer all the stupid questions, in DM's perhaps?

If so I'm seeking a sponsor, asking for a friend of course.
If you read OP and scroll through the pages, I’m sure there’s not a single question that can’t be answered.

Those instructions are clear as day. I, my friend I mean, has more questions about value and numbers for some of the sets. I'll see myself out.

I wasn’t trying to be an ass. Just trying to help out.
Yea Right GIF

FYI, this will be the policy on filling orders. We always combine shipping on all orders and that will remain our practice. All orders that contain Harrah's New Orleans chips will be shipped on December 18th. No partial shipping will be done.

Thanks, Jim
What about for different individuals shipping to the same address?

I am not The Chip Room, but to reduce confusion: I would pool the money and have one individual order on behalf of the everyone at that address.
I wasn't asking for myself persay. but I know some people reship and the member reshipping may want to partake as well so I was curious about how it would work

The only chips that have purchase limits are Harrah's. And the limits are by "household" (which might mean address?). If "household" does mean address... then those limits apply and it wouldn't matter anyway if you purchased individually or pooled together and bought in one larger purchase.

Just kidding, it’s not too bad, inventory just runs out quick. As far as prices and value - well this is as low as these chips will ever be. Most likely they will be 3-5x higher in a year.
Regarding value, that's not my experience with Chip Room sales.

The initial sets and desirable singles definitely fly off the shelves (Would agree Harrahs likely sells out), then people go bananas trying to get what they need, but the prices quickly come back down to original, or even below original offering price. Lots of Jack - HSI - Jumers - Diamond Jacks examples of that. Really only high denom Tourney chips that maintain the value.

We started using the term household instead of individual, when we discovered people purchasing above posted limits by having family members purchase chips. We put a stop to this and cancelled their purchases. You know who you are...

Yah, $50 starburst racks forever.
And those Harrah TOURNANENT sets will be in the $600 range in a year I suppose.

You got any examples that aren’t RHC?

This is a world where lucky derby bike tires go for $200
