Black Friday Sale 2024 (49 Viewers)

The Tachi chips are part of the "Door Busters"

They are sold by the chip... no limits. Go nuts.

If you want 1500 of one chip, then go ahead and buy 1500!

Keep in mind: TCR does not have an unlimited quantity. And you will be buying along with others.
Noted, and thank you!

Why would you only buy half of a limit set?

Assuming if there is no more stuff to be added by Jim

Tachi Chip seem to be the more value deal so far, especially for new Paulson starter.

Just buy a big lot of 1000-1500 chips to cherry pick and only cost you $300-$450.

U can either buy the $100 in the secondary market or just spend extra $30 to get an additional rack of $25 which add the same bankroll effect

If everyone just buys a bunch more chips than they need to cherry pick either inlays or condition, no wonder everthing is gone in seconds.

Yeah, I don’t understand why Jim doesn’t handle each chip personally, and grade them into six different wear conditions and label types, and then have a tiered pricing structure for each, cross referenced to like condition barrels across each denomination. Then he could introduce a pricing structure that’s based on a lottery but fair for all, with like three rounds of ranked voting so everyone can at least get their second or third choices.

Somebody pitch that to Jim, but do it publicly so we can see his responses.

These are thirty cent chips. $0.30 cents per chip. If Jim did all that they would be $2 chips. But “it would be fair”.

Life isn’t fair. Ever. Why should poker chip buying be fair?

At least it would be for their own use, as opposed to the flippers who hoard the items as an opportunity for profit.
I get your point and it is valid, but "flippers who hoard" makes no sense. Flipping means buying in order to sell as soon as possible at a higher price, and hoarding is the exact opposite of that.

"Chipping" is buying chips at maximum cost, trying to use them in your game but the regulars don't like them, then selling at a loss because you're "going in a different direction."

Flippers hoarding makes about as much sense as having a toilet adjacent to a poker table with the two being separated by a shower curtain.

I think the intent was understood.
How about "grab up all"?
And "flipping" doesn't necessarily mean "instantly". It can apply as selling for profit.

At least it would be for their own use, as opposed to the  flippers  buyers who hoard purchase the items as an opportunity for profit.

All fixed up

Flipping and hoarding also don't make sense specifically in the context of Tachi chips, as they were already available in unrestricted quantities ~359 days ago at a slightly higher price that obviously didn't sell out.
Wait until Jim sells out, then it will all make sense grasshopper - lol.
