Yep. It only takes a few seconds to find the eBay ad -- stitches-n-keys, a Canadian member who ships from Buffalo as well, 100% feedback with only 76 transactions -- but it would be good to have a real name and address, if available, for the problem sellers list.

sounds like dealing with Apache.. 4 orders ive placed, all of them were refunded after he emailed me saying 'i dont have what you paid for'...

edit: 3 orders.
the first order, he tried to hit me up for an additional $60 for shipping, even after i went through the checkout and selected the correct options.

I'm sorry you had to deal with such a jackass seller. I would be leaving some negative feedback for sure. Thanks for posting the seller's name so the rest of us can be on the lookout.

I would still ask him him if he would reimburse you for the missing $25 chips, the missing and broken $5 chips, and the broken racks. Worst he can do is say no.

He may not know about chips. I had a person I purchased a quantity of chips from. Before I paid I asked him if he had ever shipped chips before. Good thing because he had not. We got it all straight and the chips came in safe and sound!!! Now on the quantities he was wrong and his lack of knowing how to ship he should offer you some compensation.

Not that I know of. This is the only info I have thus far, which is from eBay and our PayPal transaction.
