Used to go for work a decent amount, couple ideas: Beef on weck at Eckl’s, dinner at Cafe Aroma (cozy Italian) or 800 Maple with the ricotta-stuffed banana peppers ,Albright-Knox modern art museum with Jackson Pollock’s Convergence, Canada and US sides of Falls (if you haven’t gone). Bring your passport card….

Yep, the garbage plate is from Nick Tahou's in Rochester (went to college in Rochester decades ago).
@buffalojim, is the Anchor Bar still a destination for decent wings? I know they lay claim to being the originator of hot wings, but was unsure if they still are good.

Left Rochester in 1991 after graduating. Used to go back yearly for a reunion, but not in 10+ years. Hear its turned into a real hellhole.
