Straight Flush
in for 3 set ups of #6034
Thanks Dennis. Hope it works. The site offering a 50 percent off coupon for Kardwell cards beginning in March has not updated. I signed up for an alert if it does.
I will also call Kardwell in the morning to see what they may be able to do for us with a large order like this.
More later...
In for 3x bridge-size jumbo red/blue with border, if available. Maybe more.
If not available, I'm out. [emoji6] Very cool of you to check this out for us Dennis, thank you!

How many set ups fit in a small and medium flat rate box?
Might organize a little GB with mates.
GEM-SUPERFLX-NR-RI-RB-WB - Gemaco Superflex Plastic Playing Cards: 2-deck, Narrow Size, Regular Index, Red/Blue with Border
GEM-SUPERFLX-NR-RI-GB-WB - Gemaco Superflex Plastic Playing Cards: 2-deck, Narrow Size, Regular Index, Green/Brown with Border
I'll take two set ups of each.
Great news, Dennis! At 50% discounts, I'm in for five setups, or at least two with just their standard bulk discount.
However, I have some concerns that the 'model' numbers shown in your post may not all be for Gemaco Superflex cards, and that people ordering by those numbers may not actually receive Superflex cards. That picture/chart actually originates from the Gemaco web site, and shows pictures of both SuperFlex and Five Star lines of playing cards -- and I suspect it also shows Gemaco model numbers for both card lines.
By visual reference, these are the Gemaco Superflex cards:
and these are the Gemaco Five Star cards:
From Kardwell's web site (link below), these are the actual four variations of Superflex cards:
https://www.kardwell.com/page/KII/CTGY/GEMACO-SUPERFLEX
That link also references the applicable five different Kardwell item order numbers for each type of Superflex cards they actually offer:
GEM-SUPERFLX-WD-RI-RB-WB - Gemaco Superflex Plastic Playing Cards: 2-deck, Wide Size, Regular Index, Red/Blue with Border
GEM-SUPERFLX-WD-RI-RB-WOB - Gemaco Superflex Plastic Playing Cards: 2-deck, Wide Size, Regular Index, Red/Blue without Border
GEM-SUPERFLX-WD-SI-RB-WB - Gemaco Superflex Plastic Playing Cards: 2-deck, Wide Size, Super Index, Red/Blue with Border
GEM-SUPERFLX-NR-RI-RB-WB - Gemaco Superflex Plastic Playing Cards: 2-deck, Narrow Size, Regular Index, Red/Blue with Border
GEM-SUPERFLX-NR-RI-GB-WB - Gemaco Superflex Plastic Playing Cards: 2-deck, Narrow Size, Regular Index, Green/Brown with Border
For example, note that the a) bridge size regular index cards are not offered in a no-border style, b) poker size cards are not offered in green/brown, regardless of index size, and c) large index is only offered in red/blue poker size cards with border (and large index is not offered in bridge size). Even though Kardwell's web site states that the Superflex cards are available in "narrow size super index", they have no corresponding item order number or link.
I suspect several of ^those^ realizations may drastically change what people are ordering. For example, I believe that the Gemaco's "6039 Jumbo green/brown" refers to Five Star cards, not Superflex -- and Kardwell does not have a corresponding item order number for that Superflex combo in any case.
To ensure that people get what they actually want, I'd recommend using those five specific Kardwell item order numbers, not the Gemaco model numbers.
I would avoid the Five Star gemaco cards, in fact if I reviewed them they would not even earn one star! I also have two setup of Superflex, and they are super fine! There is a world of difference in my opinion, and the Five (0) Star are prone to warping. The superflex cards are as nice as everyone says!
Gemaco makes them (or did), but Kardwell doesn't offer them (at least per their web site). With the number of Bridge Jumbo requests, It might be in their best interest to make them if they don't already.
Wide size is Poker Size, correct?I just got off the phone with Joe Kardwell. (Super nice guy, by the way.)
For this buy only, prices for Superflex decks will be $10 per setup. (This is definite, and is a starting number.)
There is a chance we may be close to $9 when we have final numbers. Any reduction in the total price of the cards (delivered to me) will be passed on to group buyers for his buy.
This is for Superflex decks only. Based on Dave's post, that's:
GEM-SUPERFLX-WD-RI-RB-WB - Gemaco Superflex Plastic Playing Cards: 2-deck, Wide Size, Regular Index, Red/Blue with Border
GEM-SUPERFLX-WD-RI-RB-WOB - Gemaco Superflex Plastic Playing Cards: 2-deck, Wide Size, Regular Index, Red/Blue without Border
GEM-SUPERFLX-WD-SI-RB-WB - Gemaco Superflex Plastic Playing Cards: 2-deck, Wide Size, Super Index, Red/Blue with Border
GEM-SUPERFLX-NR-RI-RB-WB - Gemaco Superflex Plastic Playing Cards: 2-deck, Narrow Size, Regular Index, Red/Blue with Border
GEM-SUPERFLX-NR-RI-GB-WB - Gemaco Superflex Plastic Playing Cards: 2-deck, Narrow Size, Regular Index, Green/Brown with Border
I will build on this and update the OP with a nice, readable chart and a photo later this evening.
We open for actual orders tonight at 9 p.m. Eastern.
