CARDS MOLD SHOWCASE! (5 Viewers)

Maybe change the $1 or at least the colors. Maybe change the orange chip to a $20, $25 or $1 chip, but not sure if the red $5 and orange will be confused being close in color. The strips on the $5 not be to my liking when translating it to a card mold as in the strips are plain. That might be a deal breaker for me. Well it's just a start and trying to get other people's thoughts.
I actually like the orange nickel. I'd just take away two of the extras colors. If me, I'd keep the green. But then you have the same green on the quarter. I'd drop that from 6 to four spots. keep the peach, and change the green to black. That would look cool with the black inlay.

Then change the spot colors on the dollar to match the trees. Use the pink that I dropped off the quarter, then pick up the purple.

Which racks fit best with the cards mold? Or will any rack do?

I think Paulson, but even then I remember someone saying it was a bit loose. You might be able to find it by searching the forum.

These chips are thinner than almost any others I know of. So even the thinnest Paulson racks will have about a mm of extra space. Check with @One Eyed Dollar if you want to buy spacers to make the chips fit snuggly in any sized rack.

Like Sean said, the 66.7 work the best. There's still a bit of gap in the racks but it fits 20 each well enough. I prefer having my chips in a case since I dont like the idea of the bottoms of racks rubbing up against my chip edges where a case has foam to place on them.

But what I'm trying to get it is that with these cards mold chips, I can fit 3 more chips in each slot, where I can fit 530 now instead of 500. But those with OCD would go nuts if they tried, or I showed my chips in it, lol.

Yes, I bet you do understand. Those are great chips. And like @Bill_Man618 said, they are ADICTIVE! I have two sets in hand, including these lovely NCCs. And both cash and tournament Aria's on the way.

But how many others of you have the ULTRA-RARE NCC Yellow dress $20 chip!?!?

I much prefer this $20 denomination over the $25 barrel for my 10/20c stake NCC set

The first runs of the cards mold chips fit in the Spinetti's 66.7 racks perfectly. So, the newer runs are narrower enough where they are loose in 66.7 racks now?

I don't know how they could have fit perfectly. These are from Sean's Batch 1 that I received over a year ago. 65.54mm for a barrel so over a mm less than 66.7mm.

Here are some of the newest ones from Batch 5:

And here they are side by side. The pink and blue are the older ones. Maybe a fraction taller. Sorry, I couldn't get a photo of the measurement of pinks as my caliper batteries are dying, but they came in at 32.94 for 10, or 65.88 for a barrel. 0.36mm more than the new ones. So even in the first batch there was some variation.

I think I posted elsewhere...I'm using Unique Ent racks (Paulson size) and the card molds fit perfectly for me.

What's the stack on the right? They have really square edges (albeit a more pronounced injection point on the 2nd chip from the bottom?)

Thanks for doing that. I don't know if it's more about the colors, but the stack on the right(originals) looks sooooo much nicer.

The right stack is so much nicer for sure. It just depends if you prefer squared off edges or rounded ones. It's an easy pick from those 2 stacks next to one another for me. Easily the pink ones.

Can we get a face view. Talking to Tina about it

I have Chipco and Unique 4200 racks, and the best fit for a barrel is the 4200 rack, the Chipco's have almost a full chip play and can almost fit 21 chips if I pressed it but no way in the 4200 rack and almost no play (1.7mm) at all.

Has anyone else gotten 43mm cards molds besides those AS tributes and The Sandbar chips? I've been looking through to see if I could find any others but maybe I'm missing some. I like the plain mold textured faces of those 43mm that I mentioned above. Looks good for a plain chip.
