Sounds like
@chinchilha is ordering some plastic chips rather than the ceramics most folks get from Tina. "14g clay" almost always means slugged plastic, and would explain the $0.10/chip cost (vs I think around $0.30/chip for ceramics). The "logo cost" of $128 for 3000 is probably the cost of printing and applying a custom sticker to the plastic slugged chip, rather than an artwork cost to be paid to a designer.
... but this is all speculation on my part.
Edit: Thinking a bit more, I'm probably wrong about the "logo cost". I think usually when ordering plastic chips from suppliers like Tina, the cost of custom printed stickers is included in the base price. So maybe the $128 really is an art fee intended to go to the designer. Again, I don't actually know, and would love it if someone did the legwork to find out for certain.
