A friend bought these years ago when she purchased her Le Noirs. She has no idea what type of chip they are. I am super curious.

Pretty much. Inplays, made by BCC for sale by Sidepot.
If you search the site for inplays, you can learn more about them and what they sell for - they're scarce but pretty well liked.

In Play Clay Chips by Sidepot BCC. These are discontinued and are their 1st batch they made in the cigar and snifter mold. Nice chips.

great chips, ghost molding was know issue with these (ea), color consistency was other.
