i'm thinking just a small bubble wrapped envelope that would fit the plaques snug and keep them protected
 
I'll get you the weights of the plaques in a few, ive got plenty of little scales ( :whistle: :whistling: ), doubt I have a bubble envelope like that around here but I could grab one from the post office. I'm not quite sure I would know what size mailer to grab though, I'm having a hard time picturing shipping 6 plaques in an envelope so I'll see what I can find. :cool:
 
Whatever works best that you can test that would fall under first class for shipping. I just want to see if it would work for first class shipping for those requesting it instead of doing small flat rate boxes. No rush at all, but it is greatly appreciated
 
I'm curious really. How many have you sold/committed. It seems like a shit ton! Jesus Tits! Good job. Probably the most successful Gb for non-chip items ever!

Thanks! So far we have 316 committed (possibly 356). I may run it a little longer passed Sunday just to see if there is anymore interest to get close enough to the 500 mark, but we will see.
 
@pokermijo - you might want to reach out to Apache. I know he bought some $5's with justsome. Don't know if there is enough room under the 500 for him tho.
 
I know we're still a ways from 500, but given the price jump we may want to put a limit at 500, especially if we end up getting a vendor or 2 on board...
 
That is what I was talking about. Sorry if I did t make that clear. Defiantly don't go over 500.
 
I will reach out to him and see if he is interested. There is definitely enough room to get him involved and stay at/under the 500 mark. I try to keep quantity updated in OP.
 
Reached out to @Apache , haven't gotten a response just yet. I know he is busy though so I'm going to extend this for another 24 hours and will edit OP once I get home. Looks like we are going with base #3 (thank you guys for making the voting easier for me) and once I submit quantity and get confirmation, I'll let you guys know if they are charging additional for separate edge colors.

Will be sending in quantity amounts tonight to get invoice. @Godzilla28 can you confirm if you want 40 or 80 please? I know for quantity not being close to 500 I wasnt sure if you still wanted to take 80 or not.

For everyone else, I've decided to be fair I will charge you for shipping from me to you separately.
1. So I don't overcharge you on packaging materials.
2. I want to make sure everything will fit nicely based on how many plaques you're getting. I don't have plaques to test with.

I hope everyone is cool with that. Please let me know.

Fine by me. To get a ballpark estimate, I would use the estimates from the OP of the $5 plaque group buy:

5 plaques first class = $4.81
4 plaques first class = $4.59
2 plaques first class = $4.16
1 plaque first class = $3.94
6-10 plaques priority = $6.80 small flat rate Priority box + approx. $1.50 packing materials = $8.30 est.
11-80 plaques priority = $13.45 medium flat rate Priority box + approx. $1.50 packing materials = $14.95 est.
80-120 plaques priority = $18.75 large flat rate Priority box + approx. $5.00 packing materials = $23.75 est.

I actually did contact him via PM to get an idea. He gave me details that helped me in making my decision for being fair across the board. My concern is the packaging materials. I want to make sure above all else the plaques will arrive to you guys in great shape. At the same time I don't want to have a roll of bubble wrap or packaging popcorn left over laying around since I don't ship items out very often.
 
I hate to do this to you guys, but I'm holding off on submitting finalized quantity for tonight. Apache replied asking for details so I'm going to wait to get a yes or no from him. Also need to make sure @Godzilla28 is okay with taking 80 plaques even though we won't be hitting 500 (unless Apache maxes out the quantity to hit the 500 mark). As soon as I confirm that, I will submit quantity to MSK. Appreciate your guys' patience.
 
What are the size of the plaques they play with here? The MSK ones are the size of a credit card and although it looks like they are the conventional, standardized size, they feel like they may be small.

Do you know if we get a plastic case to hold them if we buy 40 like in the Matsui GB?

Keep an eye out. I'll get back to you one final time via PM once @Apache gets back to me just to make sure. As for cases, based off of the $5 plaque group buy, cases would be separate. I can ask MSK if you would like, I do know it would be an extra charge though.

I don't think holding off to cater to someone who has catered to our community soooo many times will ruffle any feathers.

here you go, right out of the email

The size of the case is :
10 cm width ; 7 cm height with upper case on ; 13 cm length
20 pieces of our regular plaques fit in the case.
It's $2USD a set. (consisting of identical lower and upper case making a set)

Here are some photos as well to get an idea. They did say the plaques in the top of the cases are going to be the same size as the ones we are getting.
