the skull image is either goin to be on the back of all chips, half the chips, or just getting a stack of them on both sides

I'd not use a ceramic chip with a mold to emulate a plastic chip.

Ask to see the chips mocked up with the cards mold. It may look weird.

Since you're going for a plastic chip look I'd suggest going with a flat ceramic vs the cards mold.

Also, any particular reason for the 50 denom? I think most around here would say go for a 100 denom instead. x2 of another denom is usually not very useful.

Ah ok - the 25 and 50 are fracs. So 25¢/50¢ is the usual game?

I'd still suggest getting rid of the 50¢ and get a few more 25¢ and then higher denoms in case your game grows.

I always have found that it becomes awkward when there are 2 fracs on the table at the same time.

Also suggest adding ¢ and $ if it's a cash set. But that's just me and my neurosis.

EDIT: Although you could just disregard everything above. I just noticed that you wrote that your crew is used to those denoms. So depending on how rigid they are (I.e. uncomfortable with change), you might want to stick with what they know.

I'm the only one getting plaques so far? I know those MSK and ABC plaques are pretty and all. But these are literally 20% the cost. Could NOT pass it up. Surprised no one else is getting any.

Once you move to the thicker rounded-corner ceramic plaques (or acrylics), there's no going back to the thin credit card versions. Worlds of difference, and not worth the cost savings imo. I'd rather just use oversized ceramic chips.

Just so you know, you better hope I don't ever get a Paul Son order with my Dominican Republic warehouse through Gee Pee Eye International team, because it's definitely going to end up with ridiculousness that people are going to complain they need to relabel. Eh, call me a clown (All Tim, it's magnifique).

Looking for last minute feedback!

These are designed for the 39mm card mold and I'm hoping to get the color as bright as possible within the bounds of CMYK printing (technically won't allow for fluorescent colors without special ink mixes). Legibility was a concern but I've printed some 1:1 scale versions and haven't had any issues. These will be used for board games (18xx, etc.) most often and some poker on the side. The 25k chip started out as a gag but it really grew on me so we'll see if it'll make it to production.

I really struggled with the 5k chip color but after going through several versions I've continued to come back to a darker blue, brown just didn't look right with this set.

If there's any interest out there I'd be open to doing sample sets and I'll be including plaques for 100 and 25k.

So pumped! @Eloe2000 was super kind and generous to share his artwork. Even tweaking the design of the 20 to a 25 chip.

Now I just have to figure out an order size. I never host tourneys so I need to do some research. For the tourney gurus, what would work for a T10K setup for a 10 person tourney?
