This is what I get for spending all of my time in the classifieds lately. I'm missing on these things.

Did anyone happen to pick up two extra of the plain jack and the HSI ,bridge size, listed on @doublebooyah85 mini page that I could pick up? Literally just got my Jack set together last week and my brother @deskjob101 just got his HSI together last week as well

How soon will the cut cards be ready once order placed?
Typically takes a few days to receive proofs. Then I have to send out each proof to everyone via email. Once all proofs are approved it usually takes about 7 business days until the are mailed out to me. If I had to put an overall timeframe on when I will mail them out I would say first week of April. If I receive sooner I will mail out sooner.

I received an email from the printing company today. Basically, we are submitting artwork without following the template. I will need everyone to look over their artwork to make sure it follows the template attached. This is the email I received today. I’m guessing the designer usually edits them for us but since this is a large order they will not do it. I will send out template file via email tomorrow so changes can be made to artwork. Here is the email describing the issue.

“Hi Mike,

Your designer reached out with the following notes regarding your current order-

“Hi, they keep sending files without bleed, forcing us to have to open all of their files and edit them. Normally, it's not a huge deal, but this is a very large order. I am attaching the templates for the 2 dies for this order and their future orders. In these templates, the customer will see the dieline, safe zone, and a bleed line. We need all of the artwork to go to the bleed line. They need to make sure all text and logos fit inside of the safe zone. Last, we need the document sizes set to the bleed size. Basically, they need to add 1/8" bleed on all sides and resubmit. Thank you”

If you would please rework the artwork so it fits within the templates and resend it that would great. Once we receive the updated files, the design team will be able to send over a proof.”

So, when i understand this correctly... For example the file for poker size with a full bleed needs to be 3.75"x2.75"?
Edit: Yes, that is correct. Would have to an 1/8th inch in all 4 directions so 3.75x2.75 for poker and 3.75x2.5 for bridge

Technically, minimum size for poker would be 3.625 x 2.625 and bridge would be 3.625 x 2.375.
Poker
Card size should be 3.5”x2.5”
“Safe” area is 3.25"x2.25"
Bleed (total graphic size) is 3.75”x 2.75”

Bridge
Card size should be 3.5”x2.25”
“Safe” area is 3.25”x 2”
Bleed (total graphic size) is 3.75”x2.5”

Well, then i totally missunderstood the Templates in OP  :ROFLMAO:
Think about bleed as the ring that will be left after they cut out the card. You want a bigger file than the finished product, so you need to add 1/8” (0.125”) to each side of the file, and the graphic should extend that far

You're adding 0.125" to the top/bottom/left/right, so each dimension grows by 0.25" in total. 3.5"x2.5" poker size becomes 3.75"x2.75" with the bleed (3.75"x2.5" for bridge spize).

@Buge did any of the files work for them? Mine included the bleed and then extra. Sounds like they want the full file to be the exact size of the bleed and no more/less? I can just modify my files to be the exact size with bleed and they can cut from that.
