Correct, they are the same. To use another example (and I'm not trying to mock the colorblind, just convert the meme) would be a picture written by and intended for those with the same color blindness as you. The colors you see are in the top chart, and the colors non-color blind people see at the botton, but since it's written by and for color blind people, the two charts are the same.
