Haven't posted one of these in a while, but we had another dinner party last night.

Crispy parmesan cannoli w/ artichoke filling and crushed pistachios

Chicken parm deviled egg, marinara filling, fried and crumbled chicken skin in the breadcrumb topping

Beet carpaccio with labneh, strawberry puree, aperol oranges, and fennel fronds

Eggplant and mushroom cappelletti in vegetable brodo

Halibut, carrot puree, basil-infused sweet corn milk

Carrots, calabrian chili macadamia butter, gremolata

Osso buco, parmesan risotto

Mortadella bao sandwich, provolone wiz, ruffles

Tiramisu affogato, almond biscotti
