Crust from scratch with 00 Italian flour. Sauce made from Italian Marzano tomatoes. Mozzarella with a splash of cheddar for extra flavor. Hard Italian salami.

I have got to learn pizza doughs.
...and pasta dough. I got a little experience with pastas, but it is still A slow and clunky process. After all these years, it still amazes me that some things just elude me, and I just haven't knuckled under to practice them.
Made some chocolate chip and m&m cookies. I’ll be back in 10 mins when they are done.

Today my wife and I celebrate our ten year Wedding Anniversary. One of our favorite Steak Houses is Emeril's Chop House at the Wind Creek Casino and Hotel in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. We usually go to a Steakhouse to celebrate our anniversary or one of our Birthdays. Wolfgang's in NYC and also in Somerville is another one of our favorites. I said screw it we'll go to Emeril's to have Steaks. I pulled all strings and got in contact with all my connections and we had dinner in an empty Emril's Chophouse with just Emeril himself and a sous chef cooking for us. Not a soul in the whole place. We had a full course meal. It was wonderful. Because we had no where to bring my 6YO son we brought him with us. See the Pictures below.
Just Kidding. Ok so I do not have that much pull at all and would never be able to pull this off. It is really our 10th Wedding Anniversary today and we are trapped at home. I needed to make it a special dinner and so it was up to me to plan it out. Here is our anniversary dinner that I planned below. My wife decided me to help cook the steak of it so it turns out properly.
1. First a bottle of white wine we had in the house. We can drink as much of it as we want as there is no where to drive I can have at it.
2. Our Salad - Chopped Blue Salad
3. Appetizer - Scallops wrapped in Bacon.
4. Kid's Meal - Our 6YO son's Dinner - Cheeseburger with a side of Fries and Broccoli.
5. Main Course - My wife and I each got one. Ribeye Steak with a Sweet Potato with Cheese, Bacon, Sour Cream as a side dish.
3. Desert - We had a slice of Junior's Cheesecake that all 3 of us split.
