We 've been too fast devouring this; hardly had the time to take a picture before it was gone.
Grilled squid, in oregano, thyme, basil and hot pepper sauce.

Santorini (origin) Assyrtiko (grape variety) wine to match this or any seafood.

Fasting now as good Orthodox Christians, so no meat and dairy products. Our Easter is this Sunday.

I came home from an 11 hour work day, made some quick pizza dough and threw a pizza together in the oven half meats for Ben half veggies for me and sliced up some sweet potatoes threw them in some oil (yuck not healthy lol) and made some fries. I was starving so apologies in advance for no pics
