Time for a cooking challenge! It's a cooking strategy thread!

Being fans of Alton Brown's YouTube series Quarantine Quitchen We invited a couple friends over for lunch (and to teach Pot Limit Omaha, but that's a different thread). The lunch challenge:

You must use all but 1:

Next you may substitute any 1 item for the object in the paper bag (no photo, because I stuck with what I had).

What would you do?

Edit: I should point out you have full access to your pantry. Ours included Shrimp, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, and Flank Steak, as well as common items like spices, milk, eggs, cheese, etc

From Sunday's cooking challenge:
This is what I went with from the baskets:

I passed on the "door number 3" swap-out, which would have been heavy cream if you are playing along at home.

Our friends are smokers, so I did some of the food prep outside. Also, the grill is outside. Apparently, @FordPickup92 and I think in a similar fashion. Note to Brie, you probably need psychological help if you think like a Zombie.

My final plate, Breaded flank steak, cooked on the grill with a corn salsa. Purple asparagus (oven roasted cooked under a layer of the bacon) with a mozzarella sauce, then some of the bacon crumbled on top of the cheese.

...and not to worry, the peaches and cream were not going to waste. Although is wasn't part of the challenge, I added a peach ice cream for the dessert.

The oddest part of all of this, was seeing other people taking photos of food I made. I mean, I do, and Mrs Zombie does, but somebody else?

That dessert seals the deal for me! Lol but I'd probably not take pictures of it....

It was! I flambéed the peach topping, but then decided that pouring the flaming peaches over my poker table would have been a completely different recipe - a recipe for disaster! So instead I poured them over the ice cream in the kitchen. By the time photos were taken, the soft ice cream melted a little making the top layer look "wetter" than it actually was.
