Dunes Clay Poker Chip Pre-Sale (1 Viewer)

Just placed my 900 chip order -- excited to be participating in my first group buy like this.

Here's my breakdown, planning for a small cash set and a flexible-ish tourney set:

25c x 200
1 x 125
5 x 100
25 x 100
100 x 150
500 x 100
1000 x 50
5000 x 50
25000 x 25

Looking forward to seeing these happen!

Buy some $20s!!!

I don't really have a use for them in my games is the thing -- can you (or someone) give me the hard sell? Why should I want to add a 20 denom?

You have the perfect scenario for adding $20s. Your tourney set likely starts at 25, but you could use a larger denom for rebuys in the cash game... That's where the $20 comes in. This allows you to use s totally separate set between tourney and cash. Last thing you want to do is accidentally mix the smallest tourney denom into the cash game.

Definitely important when you have two tables (a cash table and a tourney table).

That way you know if you see anything larger than $20 at the cash table, someone be a-cheatin

I wish more sets had $20s. This is great.

Yeah $20's are a must for game security. The $25's will never be used in a cash game and vice versa, so it keeps things neat and separate.

Although I guess the argument could be made someone could buy a few for .30 and slip them in.

Got my order in for 400.

And it looks like the discounted price is still there if anyone is still interested.

Odd that this is my first post here since I have been lurking forever, but I went all in for both a Tourney and a Cash set - 1600 chips total.

Looking forward to adding this to my beginners chip collection.
Wait, is this the same Undead Viking from the board gaming world?

Nothing wrong with board games, I can easily spend a weekend playing monopoly for example.

My office.

Playing Hocus, Manasurge, and Valeria Card Kingdoms tonight.

Sweet collection! GoT 2e? DnD 5e? Smashup! So awesome.

Play any Netrunner, by chance?

.

Good game, but no. I don't prefer games that require me to build and play multiple decks. For a single round of competition. GoT 2e is probably my favorite LCG out there right now.
