Looks beautiful. Don’t know about the white rail tho.

I’ll find out in a few weeks how fast it gets dirty.

The ones in Vegas seem to hold up fine, can’t see why it’d be any different here.

Yeah the one in Vegas is same creme color but with a nice elegant blue felt . The encore is the best IMO poker room in Vegas

Wow looks amazing! Can’t wait to get some hands in on those tables.

That $1 imo is way nicer looking that their VEGAS ones too.

From Derek the TD: tournaments expected to be offered around September 1st.

their proceedure for players leaving. When a player leaves the game, the dealer asks if anyone would like to change seats. If no one does, the dealer puts "seat locked" button there and it's locked up for new player. No sniping position depending on who comes in!

I saw that in your first set of pictures. Really like that idea!

For a *sleazy, *handsy, *cocktail waitress/*salon worker bangin', *serial harasser, the man sure could build a casino.

Pity his legacy to the gaming industry will always be tarnished.

I wonder how much influence he had on this particular property. He has been gone for a while.

I might be asking a stupid question, dose paulson still make the hat and cane mold. I see most casino chips today doesn't have that mold anymore. looking at these new encore chips, it doesn't have it either. I always associate the hat and cane mold to paulson chips.

Yes they do when requested

Yes still make them. Most casinos still use the hat and cane mold (MGM Springfield, MA opened 10 months ago with hat and cane molds) however it seems house molds are becoming more popular. My guess is two reasons 1) another place for the casino to advertise the casino 2) security feature though I’m not sure how relevant the mold is to security when considering the other factors of Paulsons (color/spotting/actual security features).

My guess is that there was zero chance the Encore would use anything but house mold as their other locations already use house mold chips. Would be very surprised if locations of a casino chain used different molds. Paulson probably charges a ton to make a house mold so it’s not just a marketing consideration but a financial one as well.

Anyone know what games they are spreading and what the buy in caps will be??
