How about this: if you want to exclude certain people from buying your chips, don't auction them.
I'm definitely not against DNS lists, but using them in an auction format seems iffy.
You'd have to post who can't win them before the auction starts, I guess?

I don’t think having a DNS list should prohibit anyone from utilizing auctions however like you said full disclosure and clarity is a must otherwise I’m sure it could get real sticky quick.

First congrats @kk405 for not only winning but also for your behavior and comments in this thread :tup:

And what changster did is a complete no go. You can't retract bids, regardless whether you think someone else has outbid you (what would be the point in this case?). The community has very limited members and works on trust, it is not eBay!

Finally auctions should still be allowed, but a bidder should have some minimum prerequisites (joining date, posts, feedback, another member's guarantee) to be able to participate
