Been awhile since I've visited. Everything looks great Tommy

A site for sore eyes! I sent you a PM a while back but never heard back. Glad to see you around.

Oh, uh, oops! I didn't see your message until just now. Looks like I have a lot of catching up to do round here

And thanks for having me! Good to be back

HTML doesn't work for vendors' posts anymore. The embeddable paypal things in Chip Room posts are just showing up like this:

Code:
<form target="paypal" action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post">
<input type="hidden" name="cmd" value="_s-xclick">
<input type="hidden" name="hosted_button_id" value="45PT2HNU4AKRN">
<table>
<tr><td><input type="hidden" name="on0" value="Black Friday">Black Friday</td></tr><tr><td><select name="os0">
<option value="$1 Used chips">$1 Used chips $0.49 USD</option>
<option value="$5 Used chips">$5 Used chips $0.69 USD</option>
<option value="$25 Used chips">$25 Used chips $0.89 USD</option>
<option value="$100 Used chips">$100 Used chips $1.19 USD</option>
<option value="$1 New chips">$1 New chips $0.79 USD</option>
<option value="$5 New chips">$5 New chips $0.99 USD</option>
<option value="$25 New chips">$25 New chips $1.49 USD</option>
<option value="$100 New chips">$100 New chips $1.99 USD</option>
</select> </td></tr>
</table>

Also, is it possible to have "New Posts" as the first option in the second bar from the top? I find myself absentmindedly clicking "mark all forums as read" at the top left hand side, where it used to be.

I'm aware of that. For now, have to use paypal link code instead of the paypal form code. Jim will have the option when creating a button. Embedding a form inside of another form causes security token errors. On vB I was able to do a work-a-around but XF code is more secure.
Regarding the 'New Post' link location - See Here

Funny, I made that transition pretty easily (it's similar to CT layout). However, I now find myself clicking the new "Real Time" link instead, which magically appeared where I'm monkey-trained to click "new posts". Since it's new, can that one be moved elsewhere?

I'm doing the same thing!

I just saw you post that in Real Time too... :) I'll see what I can do. ;)

LOL, I just posted "I'm doing the same thing!", clicked the arrow to go to the top of the page, and immediately clicked on Real Time. Old habits die hard.

lol, Tommy, if you're trying to promote the spy function, just go ahead and make the whole damn header full of "Real Time" links.... :D

LOL... I can put the link to the left of New Posts, but having hard time finding the other link to remove it.

Instead of adding another Real Time to the left of New Posts, can you add another New Posts to the ~right~ of Real Time? #tempfix

Also, where can I find information on what/why the Real Time function provides?

On the real time page. Duh. :p As posts and threads are made, they will show up on the page without having to refresh.

Things might be slow for the next 10-20 mins. I'm cleaning out some old files and doing a backup.

Ronoh made the last post on the old site.... :cool: :D

LOL. I was just saving a few things form the old site before it gets deleted forever. The pcf glossary page will be moved over and I will create an archive for all the past giveaways.

Not sure if this was mentioned already (if it was I'm sorry), but is there any way to get a 'New Posts" button on the classifieds pages? Would save my poor finger one click.....

No one has but I am aware of it. On my list of things to do. :)

i'm sure it's been said elsewhere in this thread, but i have to agree that the move has been remarkably easy. jumping platforms is not easy and is often extremely irritating for the first several weeks. i'm glad to see this one has gone so smoothly (from a user experience perspective - i know there was a ton of work done behind the scenes). excellent job, Tommy.

Should be good to go now. :)

Awesome. Great work all around Tommy. I'd say it was a seamless transition.

Thanks. You can also click on the thread prefixes to sort them too. To go back to the default view/order just close the filter that shows just about the thread list or refresh the page.

Don't for get to rate the resources you like! Just put your mouse over the stars. Thx
