Another beauty here. Really digging the clover shaped stain. Was the description even necessary lol?

That table's not so bad, just needs a little work.

1. Resurface the cloth. A nice rayon cover would be best, as you wouldn't have to deal with removing the stained fabric.
2. Cover the rails. The colors and surface screws would tilt me. Wrap them with foam (preferably polyurethane) and cotton.
3. Set it on fire. Rayon, cotton, and polyurethane are all highly flammable.
4. Enjoy the improvement!
