Sitting Out
Seems like Australia is going to wait several more months for its next batch. Unexplained delays
optionalI swear when I ordered it the flush mount kit was included, but it wasn’t and says optional accessory. Anyone else recall? Maybe I’m wrong.
Mine arrived last week... pretty much 5 weeks to the day from when I ordered. It looks like the website is perpetually on 4-5 week backorder. Has anyone bought one and had their product shipped in that 4-5 week time frame? Or are they unable to satisfy new orders as of late? I would imagine that if they were waiting on a bulk order from their manufacturer, then the backorder time frame would have gone down recently, instead of staying the same. Or perhaps even increased in case there were complications. I guess it's possible that the rate at which they are getting new orders is exactly the rate at which they are able to satisfy them, making the backorder window stay the same, but that seems unlikely. It just seems weird the backorder time frame has stayed the same for quite a while.
Guess it was a bad option not to order oneoptional
I love mine & i will never go back but it's subjective.$750 is kind of pricey. Are these really worth it?
Thanks for the reply Teddy. Looking into this now.I love mine & i will never go back but it's subjective.
Does it run on batteries or plug in?I love mine & i will never go back but it's subjective.
Plugs in with a standard 110v plug.Does it run on batteries or plug in?
Thanks for the reply. Is it hard on the cards? I read somewhere that cards do not last as long if you use them in a shuffler.Plugs in with a standard 110v plug.
There’s maybe 5 long threads on this subject. Def give them a read. Search function. Thanks for the reply. Is it hard on the cards? I read somewhere that cards do not last as long if you use them in a shuffler.
Thanks, I will look that up. We use 2 decks hand shuffle and that seems to work well and I like the randomness of a person shuffling. not sure how random a card shuffler would be.There’s maybe 5 long threads on this subject. Def give them a read. Search function.
Best for games w a dedicated dealer, most plastic cards work great in poker size, it’s loud to some and others don’t notice it since most games have plenty of noise (tv/chatter/music).

great reply. What do you think about using Copag and Classic?I would use the thicker/stiffer plastic cards on the market. Faded Spade, I believe, we're made for shufflers in mind. No doubt there are many others out there that are just as durable.
I would not use Angel, Kem, or most Fournier decks in there.
Thanks for the reply. I am thinking hard on this.I don't have a shuffler, myself. I have heard that with the ubiquity of Copag cards the shufflers are tested using them. I think they should perform well.
And that’s done. Had an excellent night where the new ST1000 was running two alternating COPAGs on one of our three tables, and it went extremely well.My new unit's going to get quite the test. Got a 20-22 player tourney (record for me wooo!) coming up with dedicated dealers that I'll use to assist in making the pace of play more consistent (one dealer is more practiced than the other), and for a smashing final table.
Will report how it holds up afterwards.
