Even the most used 1's and 5's will stand on edge. They do have slightly rounded edges but will easily stand on edge

You must have received better stock than me. Most of my $1s will stand on edge, but many of my 5s will not. I'm not sure what the %s are, but I'm guessing somewhere between 40-60% will stand on edge from my 5s. Of the 25s I received so far, very few will stand on edge. All other denoms will stand on edge though... YMMV
I really have not tested every one of them but everyone chip I tried has stood up. I don't spend too much time checking them because they are all in similar shape and I always stack my chips on the flat side of the chips.

Did you get primary 25s too? Those are the most worn chips I've received so far. Not complaining though. I like them all
