Hot Dog Roller Pron (5 Viewers)

Thanks! Got one each of the rye and bourbon rare breed, plus the Russel's 10 signed by Eddie! That's the extent of my WT holdings I think

In my whole life I would’ve never guessed I’d end up here, but look at me now!

I found this thread 48 hours ago. And as fate would have it there was an Olde Midway PRO30 (!!!!!) on Craigslist 30 minutes away for $100. Never opened, never used.

.......

They are still out there..... There is a Pro30 on FB marketplace in Shreveport, LA for anyone in that neck-o-the-woods.

How is this thread five years old and 25 pages long???

hot chocolate ... in Florida. What was it, sub 70 degrees. Winter coat time??? :ROFLMAO::ROFL: :ROFLMAO:
It was high 50s when we started, high 70s when we finished.

We sold a good bit of cocoa in the first couple of hours. Floridians don't like it when it gets below 65.

A tip from this past weekend if you ever use a hot dog roller for a high throughput event:
  1. Crank the roller temperature in the back a lot higher than recommended
  2. Microwave the hot dogs just enough to warm them up before putting them on the roller
I found that this was the best way to get dogs ready to serve very quickly. Once they are warm from the microwave, it only takes a few minutes on the hot rollers to get that slight browning and "snap" that makes them so good. Then move them to the front rollers for holding/serving.
