I am probably in the 10 to 20 category but the value of my sets has changed immensely. I went from starting with GV primaries and now have tons of Nevada racks! Quality over quantity for me!

I think the first category should be broken down further. Someone with a single 500-600 pc set is a lot different than someone with 4,000+ chips and counting.

I’m in the 1,500-2,000 range if I include 300 cheap plastics, and hope to never get above let’s say 5,000 or so.

I’d like to know what the magic number is before I have to admit I have a problem. And when I get close to that number, I’ll know it’s time to throw the cheap plastics away to make room.

Found this site in June. Had a single set then. I’m over 2k chips now and I’ve sold one of the sets I purchased already.

Starting collecting in 2006, hit 10k in 2014 and 20k in 2019. Will be culling back a bit in the coming weeks but I'm currently sitting at ~22k in sets and another ~300 or so in samples & singles. I think I'm just about done...
