***Whoops, please move to Hustler Casino Live thread

I agree that Garret's not a sore loser, but I'm surprised he's still holding on to that money. I think he has to put it into escrow and be prepared to let it go. If with the benefit of time and thought and advice he still feels so strongly that he's entitled to that money then I think he must either know something he's not telling us or he's just lost his mind on this one.

I watched this earlier. I don't think I'd suggest anybody waste 40 minutes of their life on this. But I just wanted to get a real look at her and get a feel for who she is. I wouldn't call her smart, but she's not a stupid person - maybe a little above average intelligence, but George Carlin will tell you what that's worth.
Anyway, my sense is that she's full of shit, inasmuch as she wants to represent herself as a player. But depsite that, I think I believe her. Or at least she gives me no real reason to disbelieve her. Anyway, like i said earlier, I don't like her, and I don't like that some big fake with no skills or money gets to play in a huge game like that, but whatever. Let me know when they prove she cheated, because otherwise I'd say Garret's on the clock.

Keeping in mind that she’s playing in the biggest game of her life and she’s trying to act like she belongs at the table, her non reaction could make sense
But according to other articles, she had already played there twice and was up over $100k... ?

Yeah, fair enough. I'm not trying to persuade anybody; I'm just thinking out loud.
I've said I put very little stock into how people SHOULD react to any situation - people are weird and unique.
But I also know that I played poker for a long time before I was comfortable enough to admit to a mistake at the table. (Shit, I wouldn't even verbalize my bets for a couple of years for fear of giving off tells.) So could I imagine myself there - a fairly new player, in way over my head, afraid to admit to the sharks around me (not to mention the countless watching the live stream) that I made such a simple mistake? Even if that mistake could "explain everything?" Yeah, I could see it.

I’m fairly certain he made a Twitter post that he donated it all to charity. Not 100% sure on that... All these cheating scandals are blurring together at this point.

She has multiple final tables and 1st-3rd finishes. So it's hard to believe she's so fucking dumb that she thinks Jack-high is ever a call in this spot trying to pick off a bluff
That result is from a different Robbi which since then it been update.

It seem she only just started & the only real tourney she joined are from WSOP 2022 and have no result till date

I think Garret make a mistake when he decide to double down with the tweet just hours after the stream by saying he 100% think she cheated, so it prob hard for him to suddenly take a 180 degree turn and want to return the money straight away

That's being say, money being escrow with Garret is prob as safe as you can get given his track record

…. You know damn well that kricket taking a shit has nothing whatsoever to do with my opinion on the matter.
Kricket taking a shit has alot to do with breakfast sausages. Trust me on this. The man has pictures you can’t unsee.
You're just shitting to get a rise.
I’m not sure that’s how it works, anatomically.
Have fun playing with yourself (I'm sure you're used to it).
Hey! Now we’re talking!

It could be him saying "this isn't about the money for me, it's about the principal"

He is firmly convinced he was cheated
I’m firmly convinced Dez caught the ball, but in fairness, I was asked to leave that particular sports bar. How was I supposed to know that people bring kids to sports bars on playoff Sundays when I’m creating new swear words at 145db?

Anyway, wishing it so doesn’t make it so.

Dez caught the ball though. Fuck all y’all.

Obviously, this doesn't prove anything, but I'm playing cards with Alan Kessler right now, and apparently he was on Joey Ingram's podcast earlier today talking about the hand with him. I haven't listened to it, but he said he studied all her footage (lol), and that he talked with the guys running the game. He said she would only play in the 2 seat. As in she demanded that seat, and that "she only wanted to play hands against Garrett".

That’s interesting, because in the interview I liinked, she specifically mentioned the #2 seat. When asked how they were seated, she said it was random based on the draw of cards. She said the first night she got the two seat and she won that night, so she considered that a lucky seat and was thrilled when she drew it again on the second night. She also mentioned that nobody sits in the 1 seat.

Where her and Rip continue to play.
Nothing about their demeanor or conversation looks suspect. There’s only one moment that is little shady where she acknowledges that people now know about Rip and her financial situation

Also. Why the fuck would Rip if he he’s cheating make such a fuss?
Use logic.

1) Some pros on podcasts have mentioned instances where Robbi and Rip appear to be mouthing hands to each other. Pretty clumsy if true.

2) Why would Rip go apeshit? Maybe because his rage over losing the winnings from that hand overcame his ability to restrain himself to keep up appearances.

Yikes
Donating someone else's money o_O

That boy needs some PR firm because he is looking extra dumb by the minute.

First it was the accusation of using a device hours after the stream without any evidence and now this.

His reputation is tanking hard and its not tanking more because Robbi is apparentely clueless playing poker.
Imagine if this was against a legit poker player , people would demand proof immediately or he starts getting WAY more backlash from the pros.

The fact that this was against a poker newbie has shielded him from way more criticism.

Can’t believe how quickly people turned on Gman. Guy has been nothing but professional in every stream I’ve ever watched.

I also don’t think people realize that $130k for Gman is the equivalent to a $50 pot for most of us playing .25/.50 so it has nothing to do with the money.

There is literally 0 motivation for him to create an issue unless he genuinely believed there was something wrong with the hand.

Not sure those wands are gonna detect the tooth implant devices that send an electrical impulse into your gums and up to your brain. Why is nobody thinking of that!!!

And wifi butt plugs are mostly silicone. So I’m still waiting for the televised body cavity searches.

I don't do social media so I can only go by what's posted in this and a couple other threads, but is it really that surprising people would find his bahavior kind of abhorrent? I don't hate the guy but his actions are 100% questionable, as are some of hers.

Also when you're on top as a cash game player or anything in life, people love to knock you down. None of this is surprising at all, especially with social media in these times. He's not helping himself at all either.
