this again all points to her thinking she had a 3, then fumbling her story trying to cover up misreading her hand after the fact and not look like the complete moron she seems to be.
That would make sense except there is nothing in the way she reacts at the showdown that indicate that she misread. Not in the least.

I certainly agree this this is a plausible explanation. It's also what Phil Ivey's read of what happened is, and he was there, and he reads players better than just about anyone. I value that.

oh, i disagree strongly there - i saw 10 solid seconds of stunned confusion while she tried to process.

Ok. Here’s another take

When she’s asked. ‘You have 3s’. Maybe she thinks she’s being asked about pocket 3s

When she’s asked ‘do you have a pair?’ Maybe she thinks they are asking about a pocket pair.

Also. For the first time I watched the rest (or a lot more of) the stream. Where her and Rip continue to play.
Nothing about their demeanor or conversation looks suspect. There’s only one moment that is little shady where she acknowledges that people now know about Rip and her financial situation

Also. Why the fuck would Rip if he he’s cheating make such a fuss?
Use logic.
Not the demeanor or actions of someone trying to stay out of it.

I don’t know, a misread is obviously the simplest explanation for the whole situation. But then it just becomes a funny situation: ”haha I thought I hero called him with a 3 but I misread but my jack high somehow still scoops”. Why try to go into some ellaborate and weird explanation? I don’t get it.

Keeping in mind that she’s playing in the biggest game of her life and she’s trying to act like she belongs at the table, her non reaction could make sense

@raynmanas I re read you post and not sure you elaborated on the 2 examples I gave.

But fine.

I guess. I just think she would’ve explained that it was infact a misread when she really got questioned. Certainly before giving back any money.

Easiest explanation tends to be the right, but I’m really weirded out by this one.

At the end of the day this thread has shown that everyone is entitled to their own wrong opinion.
Even when faced with eloquent fact based arguments from me.

You’re all terrible poker players.

to be fair, i've posted quite a bit in the last hour.

she was explicitly asked about "pocket threes" but then someone right after asked about "a three".

I know.

I agree. I think.

But posting actual video footage to back your claims will not fly around here.

We need vague anecdotal un provable theories in this thread or didn’t you get the memo?

Like with every take you've had in this entire thread, I guess we'll have to agree to disagree one more time. It is my viewpoint that you don't read these sorts of situations well. And that's OK. I don't require my friends to agree with me. I only require that they not shit on me. But once someone starts shitting on me, I shit back.
@ekricket is definitely a shit disturber for sure. This was one of the very few times it was actually funny.

And it was effective. Helped change your opinion. You were at one point quite staunch there was zero chance of Ronni misreading her hand. A little humble pie later and you're open to the idea she misread her hand.

She might be a massive fish, but massive fish don't even make this call. EVER. She didn't just brain far either. She took her time. Stared back at her cards too. She thought deeply about this decision. She knew exactly what she had. She did not misread her hand here.

I certainly agree this this is a plausible explanation. It's also what Phil Ivey's read of what happened is, and he was there, and he reads players better than just about anyone. I value that.

I've had enough. Welcome to my ignore list.

You can’t let this go. You’re quite the corner man.

Thanks. I love it when the children have to announce they're taking their ball home.

I'm not interested in having a discussion with someone who is just going to flat out lie and twist the facts with every single fucking post. It gets old. You, and everyone else here following along, know damn well that long before kricket ever accused me of cheating I had stated multiple times that her misreading her hand is a plausible explanation, but that I simply don't believe that she did. You know damn well that kricket taking a shit has nothing whatsoever to do with my opinion on the matter. You're just shitting to get a rise. Have fun playing with yourself (I'm sure you're used to it).

Um. What the? I'm now leaning towards you're a cheater.... You said you put me on ignore. Untruthfulness is a precursor to cheating. Still not convinced though. I'll wait for further evidence.
