Yes, absolutely. Chess, you can play forever, then teach/coach and bring in obscene amounts of cash as a GM tutor. If your name is tarnished, lost earnings could end up in the 9 figures.

My opinion comes from overvaluing education for sure; if he could reliably beat Magnus (not just the once and personally I think his history of cheating already disqualifies all this) he could teach and tutor for a long time, and the prestige would carry him. But he definitely way overshot 400m for the purpose of the suit, I was way off.
